Refund & Shipping Policy

This Refund & Shipping Policy is part of the Terms of Service for orders placed at livingsoillab.bio. It explains where we accept samples from, how an order works, and how to get a refund.
Where we accept samples from
We accept soil samples collected in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia only. We do not accept samples from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or any other U.S. territory. Orders placed for samples from ineligible or quarantined areas will be canceled and refunded in full.
What you're buying
The Site offers one or more mail-in soil-analysis products; the tests available and their prices are shown on the Site. When you order:
- You are charged the price shown at checkout (plus any applicable sales tax) at the time of order.
- No physical kit ships to you. Right after checkout you receive a prepaid mailing label and a sampling guide; you collect a sample using common household items and mail it to our partner laboratory.
- You receive an order-confirmation email immediately, and your report — typically within about two weeks after the laboratory receives your sample.
- Every order is protected by our 60-day money-back guarantee (see "Refunds" below).
Mailing your sample to the lab
Your prepaid mailing label is addressed to our partner laboratory and the postage is included — you pay nothing to send your sample. Follow the sampling guide, seal your sample, attach the label, and drop it with USPS (or any carrier indicated on the label). Tracking lets you see when it arrives.
Refunds
60-day money-back guarantee. If your report isn't useful to you for any reason, email support@livingsoillab.bio within 60 days of report delivery and we'll refund your purchase in full to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. No questions asked. You keep the report.
Cancel before your sample is analyzed. If you haven't mailed your sample yet, or it hasn't been analyzed, you can cancel any time for a full refund. Email support@livingsoillab.bio from the email address associated with your order, or include your order number.
If we can't analyze your sample due to a problem on our end, or we can't fulfill your order at all, we will notify you and either arrange for you to submit a new sample at no additional charge or refund you in full, at your election. If we can't fulfill your order, no action is needed on your part to receive the refund.
Sample quality
If your sample arrives at the lab in a form that prevents analysis — for example, contaminated, mixed with non-soil material, or under the minimum required volume — we will email you, explain why, and arrange for you to submit a new sample at no additional charge. If you'd prefer a refund rather than resubmitting, our 60-day money-back guarantee applies — see "Refunds" above.
